Prime Objectives of TRPC Ltd.

• To plant, grow, cultivate,raise plantations, produce and process of all kinds, or varieties of agricultural, horticultural, forestry/crops and plantation crops, natural products, medicinal or aromatic plants, and to buy, sell, export, import, process, distribute and otherwise deal in all kinds of plants, plant produce, trees, crops, etc.

• To wean the Jhumias (shifting cultivators)away from the practice of jhum cultivation in the State and develop the socio-economic condition of the marginal farmers.

• To maintain, conserve, preserve and develop the existing flora & fauna.

• The function as an extension wing of the Tribal Welfare Department for implementation of government policies and programmes.

• To expand the generation of employment facilities in the rural areas.

• RBS rubber sheet production and its marketing.

• Training, Skilling & Capacity building both for corporation staff and its beneficiaries.

• To act as a servicing agency for the development of animal husbandry, fisheries, piggery, poultry, duckery, agriculture, cottage industries, ponds, tanks, mini reservoirs, housing, development of community facilities like drinking water, health and sanitation, and construction of dispensaries, schools, markets, or any other community and social service and facilities.

• Credit facilities for the beneficiaries with appropriate guidance.
